Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Damaged or Missing parts

Please contact info@whiteshewolfdesigns.ca to request a return authorization if any item if damaged or missing parts during shipping for reasons not due to your error. Upon inspection we will determine if an exchange or refund is warranted. Anything over 30 days in the purchaser's possession will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

You will be responsible for shipping charges to return your item to White She Wolf Designs for inspection and review. We suggest you consider shipping using traced shipping and insurance services. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Upon receipt of the item we will complete the inspection and review and we will advise you via email as to our decision.

If we determine an Exchange is applicable, we will ship a replacement item to you at the earliest possible shipping date and advise you accordingly. White She Wolf Designs will pay the cost of traceable shipping and signed proof of receipt for this transaction.

If we determine a Refund is applicable, we will refund you with a credit to your credit card company or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days. You will be advised via email when the refund is processed in our offices.
